Printemps, the legendary Parisian department store that set the standard for grand magasin on the Boulevard Haussman in the 1800s, will open a new Wall Street location in 2024, cementing the neighborhood’s transition into a residential area as well as a business hub and tourist destination. Located in the record-breaking office-to-residential conversation at One Wall Street, the new Printemps store will span over 54,000 square feet and occupy two floors, marking a major leasing for the Harry Macklowe-developed tower. The finishing touches are currently being put on One Wall Street, which will welcome its first residents later this year.
