Stylist to The Stars Nick Arrojo Buys Wall Street Home for $4.4M, New York Post, June 9, 2022

TV personality, mentor, and celebrity hair stylist Nick Arrojo is leaving SoHo and moving to a three-bedroom glass loft in FiDi. The former What Not to Wear stylist went into contract for a home at the record-breaking office-to-residential conversion One Wall Street, the latest development coup by NYC icon Harry Macklowe. Arrojo and his wife Lina’s new home features hardwood flooring in French oak, floor-to-ceiling windows, a master bath with soaking tub, and, in true luxury fashion, ample closet space in the entry. One Wall Street was formerly known as the Irving Trust Building, and the new conversion preserves the iconic tower’s limestone facade and art-deco lobby while filling the interior with 566 new homes.
