One Wall Street’s The One Club private restaurant — headed up by Alejandro Cortez, former executive chef for the Guggenheim Museum — will serve a Mediterranean-inspired menu to diners in its private 39th-floor space overlooking Downtown Manhattan. This “coveted perk” of the $1.1 million-$9.7 million condos is an exclusive invitation for residents to dine on dishes overseen by Cortez, which will focus on the coastal regions of Italy and France. In addition to the restaurant’s standard service — with no reservations required — the One Club will host special events and seasonal tastings, including a monthly themed three-course dinner. The restaurant forms part of One Wall Street’s 100,000-square-foot amenity space.
