Printemps Appoints Culinary Director Ahead of Debut US Store Opening in Spring 2025

Gregory Gourdet has been named Culinary Director for Printemps’ first U.S. store at One Wall Street, opening in Spring 2025. The James Beard award-winning chef will oversee five food and beverage concepts, ranging from casual to fine dining, managed by Saga Hospitality Group. Gourdet’s role is to integrate his culinary artistry and sustainable ingredient approach, aiming to create memorable dining experiences in New York City.
