A new model home at One Wall Street celebrates the office-to-residential tower’s art-deco heritage in style. Designer Elizabeth Graziolo of Yellow House Architects created an homage to Gilded Age style full of low-slung vintage furniture and colorful artwork that highlights the home’s clean lines and luxe finishes. “The opportunity to work on One Wall Street was a once-in-a-lifetime experience,” said Graziolo, who collaborated closely with developer Harry Macklowe to bring “his vision for the property” to life. Studios in the building are going for $1.13 million, while three-bedroom homes like Graziolo’s model unit begin at $10.5 million.

AD100 designer Elizabeth Graziolo combined classic and contemporary influences when creating Unit 2501, the newest model home at the record-breaking office-to-residential conversion One Wall Street. “The Art Deco period has always been one of my favorite architectural styles,” said Graziolo, whose layout for the three-bedroom, three-bath home included furniture and artwork inspired by the tower’s pedigree. Originally built in 1931 from a design by renowned architect Ralph Walker, the former Irving Trust building is now home to 566 luxury Financial District condos, including residences decked out by Graziolo and French architect and designer Cyril Vergniol, whose model unit blends French and European influences.
